Then I got the technical grounding to match: a Bachelor's in Accounting from the University of Illinois, and time as an accountant at both PwC and Deloitte. Today I hold my CPA, CFA and CIMA — which means credit, tax, retirement and investments aren't four vendors I coordinate between. They're one conversation with one person who can see the whole picture.
